Training Needs Analysis

With our strong beliefs in bespoke training, all of our courses have some element of training needs verification. We can also work with you to provide a full training needs analysis. This is an efficient way of looking at how resources are currently being used and whether the existing or planned training programme will help address any business issues.

The Process

For each of our clients, the key stages can include:

  • Understanding the organisation objectives and structures
  • Identifying the skills required for different roles
  • Understanding the current levels of skills
  • Designing a programme to address any gaps

We utilise technology where appropriate to help extend the reach of our training needs analysis and are able to create a number of different questionnaires with you. Vivek has experience of utilising such questionnaires in large organisations, such as Shell and the Insolvency Service, where he sampled close to 1,000 participants.
